The Plans Provided For<\/h3>\n

  • an undulating blue walkway to suggest water<\/li>\n
  • planters and benches sited at both ends of the alley<\/li>\n
  • development of a recycling plan for downtown Meadville<\/li>\n
  • placing electric wires underground<\/li>\n
  • daylighting Mill Run<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

    In working collaboratively we can transform our environment to reflect the beauty and uniqueness of our home. Ultimately, Market Alley is about the creation of place.
